Mother-Daughter "Refine" Retreat | November 3 - 5

The relationship between a mother and daughter is special, with a mother often being the most influential person in a girl’s life. That’s why we’ve designed Refine to be an intentional time focusing on and growing in your relationship with your daughter. Scioto Hills provides an amazing setting where you can spend time in God’s word, worship together, and participate in guided discussions while enjoying fun activities, good food, and comfortable accommodations. We recognize that grandmothers often play an important role in a girl’s life as well, so we invite you to attend with your granddaughter and/or your daughter and granddaughter. However, while all mother and daughter relationships are special, this weekend is designed for mothers and their 2nd – 12th grade daughters. For those who are not in this category, we encourage you to consider attending Rejuvenate Ladies’ Retreat for an opportunity to enrich your mother and daughter relationship.

  • Speaker: Jill Nihiser
  • Cost: Adults - $115; Daughters - $55
  • Register: through the Scioto Hills Website

WOH Fall Bible Study | The Book of Acts

to Register, call or email the office

Come and study the book of Acts with us on Tuesday evenings. In this study, we will be digging into the Word of God as we study the early Church and its witnesses, the spread of the Good News to all peoples and parts of the world, and the beautiful gift of the Holy Spirit—the NAME that empowers His people to do what we could never do on our own. The book of Acts gives us a renewed perspective on how the gift of salvation (by faith alone) truly changes us from the inside-out!

  • Tuesday Evenings
  • 6:30-8:00 p.m.
  • Sep. 5 - Oct. 24
  • Cost: $24 book fee
  • Childcare NOT provided

Titus 2 Groups | Various Nights

Are you a woman who wants to develop her own vibrant personal faith while encouraging other women to do the same? That is the heart of what we do in Titus 2 Groups. Each group of cross-generational women will read a book, intentionally selected for its challenging, encouraging, and relevant subject matters. These groups come together weekly for a time of discussion, sharing, and fellowship. Groups start the week of 9/10.

Please contact Sarah Bucher if you are interested in learning more or joining one of these groups.

Join us this Sunday for worship – 9:00am and 10:30am
