We are pleased to introduce two new additions to the office staff, though neither are new to the church.

Josh Angliss came to Washington Heights as a preteen and was active in the Jr. and Sr. High youth groups. After high school graduation Josh attended Judson University in Elgin, Illinois and stayed in the Chicago area for his first post college job at Christianity Today in the marketing department. He returned to the Dayton area last year and is pursuing a marketing position and expanding his talents in the field auto mechanics, both a hobby and a ministry opportunity. While volunteering at Willowcreek Church in Chicago, Josh was part of a ministry providing free or low cost auto maintenance and repair to families in need within the church. He is exploring the possibility of bringing a similar ministry to Washington Heights. As part of the office staff, Josh serves as the Online Communication Specialist, overseeing the church website and social media.

Jamie (Weiss) Gabbard has called Washington Heights home from the crib nursery through high school, during her time at Cedarville College and her early career until she met and married Art. Army life then moved her and Art to Kentucky, Germany, back to Beavercreek for a short time, to Arizona and finally back to Dayton to stay. Jamie and Art have two sons, Benjamin, age four and William, two. She loves to sing karaoke and also enjoys exercising.  She recently participated in the Air Force half marathon and plans to participate in more races in the future.  She has served in the music ministry of WHBC as a member of the WHBC adult choir and special music soloist. Jamie serves as the church receptionist and is the office congregational care expert.
