General Policy for cancellations due to inclement weather

Daytime Events

• Events will be cancelled if Centerville/Kettering schools are closed.

Evening Events

• A decision will be made by 2 p.m., after property and roads are assessed. 

Notifications and Posting

• Cancellations will be posted above and on local television stations.
• An email notification will be sent to all event leaders. It is the responsibility of event leaders to communicate to their event participants.
