2.  They Seek To lead Chiefly Through Influence & Persuasion, Not By Authority Or Coercion!

3.  They Seek the Spiritual Growth Of All Followers Up To Their Maximum Potential.

4.  They Transfer As Much Authority As Possible To Followers (Great commission => Entrusting Followers- Believers With the Mission & It's Implementation.

5.  They Have Concern for The Poor And Marginalized.

6.  They Are Willing To Sacrifice All For The Need And Benefit Of Those Who Follow.

7.  As Followers,  Fully Submissive To The Will Of The Father, They Are Able To Show Others By The Path Of Example.
