Operation Christmas Child

Published October 18, 2018 Categories News Events Children Students Adult Bible Fellowships Men Women Missions Seniors

DETAILS: Each child will be packing a shoebox with the items they bring in for Operation Christmas Child. Additional items will be available to supplement boxes. If this will be a financial burden to your family, no worries, your child will be taken care of. But please contact edem@whbc.org so we can make sure a bag of goodies is available for your child to pack.

KIDS: Between now and November 11, go shopping with a parent, grandparent, or other adult for items to fill your shoebox. Shoeboxes are not super large (11.5l x 4.375h x 7w), so choose the size of your items wisely.

  • A sample box will be available at the Checkpoint Desk if you want to see if your items will fit.
  • We are asking each child to bring a 4x6 photo (or smaller) of themselves, that we can include in a card they will be making that morning.
  • We’ll provide the shoebox, you provide the items!
  • It’s easy peasy. Just follow the checklist to the right, and you’ll be ready to go!
