Fitness Programs
GameFit
Energetic, high-intensity tabata workout paired with a variety of physical games that will be rotated throughout the months (games like pickleball, futsal, ultimate frisbee, etc.). Workout is scalable to any fitness level. No skills required.
- Mondays & Thursdays | 6:45-7:45 a.m.
Total Fitness
This program is designed for those interested in a low impact workout. Sessions will focus on the total body (physical, mental, and spiritual).

Competitive Futsal
- Mondays, 8:00-10:00 p.m., for adults 18+
Casual Futsal
- Thursdays, 7:45-10:00 p.m., for adults 18+ (select Thursdays, each month). Check calendar for exact dates.

WHBC offers three indoor courts for pickelball play.
- Sessions are designed for specific skill levels. To allow for great play for all (recreational or competitive), please attend the session that fits YOUR SKILL LEVEL
- All open sessions are FREE
Mondays & Thursdays:
- 9-11 a.m. - All skill levels (open play)
Tuesdays & Fridays:
- 5-7 p.m. - Intermediate Pickleball (open play)
- 7-9 p.m. - Advanced Pickleball (open play)
Saturdays:
- 3-4 p.m. - Pickleball 101 Clinic (registration required)
- 4-5:30 p.m. - Beginners Pickleball (open play)

Pickleball 101 Clinics
Saturdays, 3-4 p.m.
Pickleball 101 Clinics is a 4-week session designed for beginners desiring to the learn the basics of the pickleball game. Registration is required, space is limited to 12 participants per clinic.
