Mail or drop off form and registration fee at the church office anytime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Early registration cost per child for basketball is $80; after November 7, the cost is $100.
Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.

Early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $80; after November 7, the cost is $100.
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are included in the registration cost.

Deadline for registration is November 28.
Please make checks payable to Washington Heights Baptist Church. Partial Scholarships are available.

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the Washington Heights Baptist Church Community Life Center as follows:
     Kindergarten through 6th Grade Boys/Girls
     Evaluations — Saturday, October 29, between 9:30-11:30 am
     Monday, November 7, between 6:30-8:30 pm

Practices begin the week of Monday, December 5, 2011
First Game — Saturday, January 14, 2012
