OPEN GYM
Open Gym every Thursday night, 7-9:30 pm.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
FRIDAY NIGHT OPEN GYM IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED and will resume in the fall

ZUMBA
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm
Get in shape, meet people, make new friends at the women’s Zumba class.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 14 YEARS OR OLDER.

UPWARD BASKETBALL and CHEERLEADING
Mail or drop off form and registration fee at the church office anytime between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Early registration cost per child for basketball is $80; after December 2, the cost is $100. Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.
Early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $80; after December 2, the cost is $100. Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are included in the registration cost.
Deadline for registration is December 2.
Please make checks payable to Washington Heights Baptist Church. Partial Scholarships are available.

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the Washington Heights Baptist Church Community Life Center as follows:
     Kindergarten through 6th Grade Boys/Girls
     Saturday, November 13, 9:30-11:30 am
     Thursday, December 2, 6:30-8:00 pm

LEAGUE SCHEDULE
Practices begin - the week of Monday, January 3, 2011
First Game - Saturday, January 15, 2011
Awards Celebration - the week of Monday, March 7, 2011
